Abstract

Ad injectors steal revenue from ad-based web businesses by replacing legitimate ads with their own ads or by taking credit for referrals. They appear to be completely legal and great sources of income. This talk will cover existing approaches to this business and potential defenses, based on the referenced article from Oakland 2015.
