Marcel Busch bio

Marcel is a PostDoc with the HexHive lab led by Prof. Mathias Payer at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. Marcel's work focuses on the discovery of design and implementation flaws in mobile systems and mobile trusted computing, specifically in the Android ecosystem. His work on Trusted Application security uncovered systematic security flaws affecting millions of devices and led to the revision of the de-facto standard specification (by GlobalPlatform) used to implement mobile Trusted Execution Environments.
